  • Working with hiring managers to understand role needs, timelines, and priorities
  • • Creating and posting engaging job ads that attract the right people
  • • Reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, and supporting selection processes
  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication throughout
  • Completing reference checks and supporting offers and onboarding paperwork.
  • Managing expressions of interest and keeping the talent pool up to date
  • Creating tailored onboarding plans for new team members
  • Supporting new starters through their first 90 days
Experience And Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent coordination
  • Confidence engaging with candidates and stakeholders in a professional, friendly way
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach
