Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role plays a key part in attracting great people and ensuring they have a positive, well-supported start with Think Solar. This is a permanent part-time position (25.5 hours per week) and would suit someone who enjoys working closely with leaders, building strong relationships with candidates, and creating simple, effective talent processes.
Details
Working with hiring managers to understand role needs, timelines, and priorities
• Creating and posting engaging job ads that attract the right people
• Reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, and supporting selection processes
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication throughout
Completing reference checks and supporting offers and onboarding paperwork.
Managing expressions of interest and keeping the talent pool up to date
Creating tailored onboarding plans for new team members
Supporting new starters through their first 90 days
Experience And Qualifications
2–3+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent coordination
Confidence engaging with candidates and stakeholders in a professional, friendly way
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication
A proactive, detail-focused approach
