Sales And Project Administrator - Dunedin

Details
  • Administer sales pipeline, inputting leads, arranging surveys, sending proposals
  • Help prepare designs in SketchUp
  • Work with the sales and design team to compile proposals
  • Ensue prospective clients are well informed with any updates
  • Set up projects in Asana and assign tasks to team members
  • Liaise with customers on paperwork requirements and keep them updated on project stages, including installation and inspection dates
  • Liaise with our customers to keep them updated on project progress
  • Manage incoming phone calls and the general email inbox
  • Provide support for events
  • Support marketing team capturing content
Experience And Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an operational or administrative support role
  • Strong time management, organisational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priority tasks under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and build strong client relationships
  • Experience in using a CRM and Project Management software
