Operations Coordinator - Christchurch

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving our mission forward. You’ll coordinate solar projects across their lifecycle, handle administrative and technical tasks, and ensure seamless collaboration between teams while helping Christchurch become more energy-efficient.

• Champion exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and collaborate to ensure smooth project deliveries
• Liaise with our customers to keep them updated on project progress, handle applications for Distributed Generation and Energy Retailers and organise electrical inspections
• Schedule projects with customers, communicating updates to manage expectations
• Order stock , process deliveries, conduct stock checks, and maintain an organised warehouse
• Keep warehouse/office tidy; manage vehicles (registrations, WOFs, servicing); minimise waste; order uniforms
• Support marketing team capturing content, and assisting with events

• Previous experience in an operational or project coordination role
• Strong time management, organisational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priority tasks under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and build strong client relationships
• Experience in using a CRM software
• Ideally, some solar industry knowledge
