As the Sales and Design Consultant in our Wanaka branch, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipeline forward while supporting design processes and ensuring seamless customer experiences. With a strong emphasis on sales, you’ll handle leads, prepare proposals, and close deals, all while delivering most important value of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Handle inbound calls and emails, gather key information to qualify and set up deals in ours sales pipeline.
Conduct site visits and gain understanding of our prospective customers problems so we can compile compelling proposals, and follow up diligently to secure commitments and meet sales targets.
Nurture deals through the entire sales pipeline with follow-up visits, calls, emails and texts to explain our solutions benefits.
Design solar systems using tools like SketchUp, analyse power bills and create production estimates.
Nurture and educate prospective clients so they clearly understand how their solar system will work.
Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service, address unique enquiries with initiative and care, and collaborate with team members for effective delivery.
Experience And Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
Track record of handling enquiries, nurturing leads, and achieving targets.
A customer-focused mindset with an eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and build strong client relationships.
Experienced in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to drive sales.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priority tasks under tight deadlines
Demonstrated initiative and adaptability, with an interest for sustainability.
