Your workmanship warranty covers our work on the installation and all the smaller components, like cabling or racking, that aren’t covered by specific product warranties (we’ll get to that next).

When it comes to the hardest working components in your solar system – panels, inverters and batteries – whatever your budget, we only recommend quality products that are backed by solid warranties from reputable companies. 

While product warranties are between you and the manufacturer, our service includes supporting you if you do need to make a claim. So it’s in our interest to specify good quality products that we’re sure will go the distance. 

Dealing with big international product manufacturers can be complicated. We know which ones offer reputable warranties and straightforward support. If something goes wrong, let us know and we’ll work with the manufacturer to get you back up and running with minimal disruption. Whether it’s a full product replacement or just a replacement part.

Finally, we’re proud of every install we do and want solar to enhance your life. On top of our 10 year workmanship warranty, on top of your product warranties, we’ll be here to help you understand and optimise your system throughout its life, to ensure you’re getting maximum return.

Our lifetime of technical support covers things like how to use or optimise the settings in your apps or set up new features. Perhaps you’ve recently purchased an electric car or a hot tub and you want to optimise when they’re charged or heated for maximum savings. You might switch energy retailers or they might introduce new time-based pricing; then we can help you adjust when you use power – or charge batteries or a car – and when you export to the grid. Features like Tesla Powerwall’s Time-Based Controls or Charge on Solar and myenergi’s Zappi intelligent car charger are ideal for this. 

You might stumble across the odd issue that we can easily help you solve over the phone too. Reconnecting inverters or batteries after switching internet providers, or reinstating comms between components are common questions we can help with. We’ll also help you with issues to do with your energy retailer and plan – perhaps you want to switch providers or they’re not crediting your export correctly.
